What if my items are damaged or incorrect?
We’ve got your back! If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. Most returns will process in 2-3 weeks. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
